I really wish I ran outside. It did look like it was going to rain…so, I made the decision to run on the treadmill…Boy this felt like a very long run….so, next time I am really going to consider if I think it will actually rain before my run is over. Accuweather stated that it was going to rain at 10am. (IT is now 11am and it is not raining….BUMMER!)

I feel good. I am now going to see what yoga - stretching video on demand with exercise tv wow they have a new segment for the Pink Ribbon Walker & Runners sports cool down for Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure These stretches were fantastic! I am so very glad to see that exercise tv had added these stretches to their line-up. My hope is that it will be available until Oct race. (doubtful—but, a home)
