Jeff Galloway’s Half Marathon training
Because I have taken off the last 3 weeks. I am changing up the training program. The program that I am now going to us is the Jeff Galloways program. Visit his website.
1. do not run for time goal (this is my 1st yr of running—so build base)
2. Have a base
3. run/walk ratio 2:1
4. cross train
Training starts tomorrow!!!
