Ran around track at SPHS. I ran against the runners…I think it drove them nuts…but, I just read in the Complete Book of Running that track running can cause leg problems, if you run in the same direction. So, I decided to change it up tonight! I was listening to Phedippidations Podcast #199. To me this show was not as good as the normal running podcast Steve has on Phedippidations. I love to hear about running and the experience of running…not so much how to make a podcast.
