I am trying to build up my speed. So, I am going to try to do more speed work on short runs. I really want to run faster than 12 - 13 min/miles. I wish I had a trainer…I am currentlyusing Runners World Mag and the Jeff Galloway website for training information.
I am thinking of adding my alternate (x-training) to this running blog. So, I can see how my progress is going. For example: the family and I biked from our home to Annapolis and back 29 mile! We go for nice rides as well as other exerciseing!
Well today, I really sweat-ed. I for one can not wait for fall. I want the cooler days to be here so, I can really enjoy outside again. I have not been manageing my water intake. I think I have been on the verge of dehydration all summer long. It has gotten so bad that on one run I had gotten dizzy and ran with my eyes shut on the straight away. Scary. After all I am always after the boys to drink….
